About the CPCA
Volunteer-run, neighbour-powered, community-focused since 1988.
Our Mission
The Copeland Park Community Alliance exists to build a stronger, more connected neighbourhood — one event, one conversation, and one act of neighbourly kindness at a time.
We advocate for park improvements, organize community events, facilitate neighbour connections, and serve as a collective voice for the residents of Copeland Park. We are entirely volunteer-run and member-supported.
Community
Every neighbour matters. We create spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Stewardship
We care for our park and public spaces for current and future generations.
Advocacy
We speak up for residents' needs at City Hall and in our community.
Inclusivity
Copeland Park is for everyone — all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Land Acknowledgement
CPCA is located on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People. The Algonquin People have inhabited and cared for these lands long before today. We wish to show our gratitude and respect to them, and to the land for all that it provides us: trees to give shade, water and food to sustain us, and paths to connect us.
2026 Board of Directors
Our board is made up of passionate volunteers from the neighbourhood who give their time to make Copeland Park a better place for everyone.
